Hakuna Resort

Technical report 4 contains revised wind and seismic calculation based on Technical Report 2 review commentaries, spot check calculations of a typical lateral resisting element frame, computer modeling data obtained from ETABS 2013 software and comparison with hand calculation for validity of computer model.
